  • 15 GHD Sit-ups
  • 20 Push-up (hand release)s
  • 20 GHD Sit-ups

Travel WOD:

10 rounds

10 push ups
10 sit ups
10 burpees
10 4 count flutterkicks (Utube: Flutterkicks)
