[A] Back Squat 10-5-3-1-1-1-3-5-10

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Skill: 1 max set handstand holds.

[COMP A]
Complete as many reps as possible in 5 mins of:
Kettlebell Snatch, 24kg (16kg)

[WARMUP]

Dynamic WU

Squat WU

10 @ 50% starting weight

5 @ 75% starting weight
