WOD
[A] “DT”
Five rounds for time of:
70kg (50kg) Deadlift, 12 reps
70kg (50kg) Hang power clean, 9 reps
70kg (50kg) Push jerk, 6 reps
Warm Up: Dynamic + 200m run. Barbell complex and warm up to WOD weight.
Skill: 2 min DU’s for max effort.
Strength: Back Squats – 3 reps @ 92.5, 95 & 97.5 1 Rm.
[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
6 Muscle-ups (odd minutes)
6 Strict Handstand Push-ups (even minutes)
