Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
52kg (35kg) Push Press, 10 reps,
24kg (16kg) Kettlebell Swing 10 reps
24-inch Box Jump, 10 reps

SKILL: 2 mins max reps abmat situps

Run: 10x 200 m
Each for time. Rest 30 secs between efforts.

WARMUP

Air Squat x 10
Pushup Plus x 10
KB Swing x 10
Box step ups x 10
