WOD
[A] 15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Chest to bar pull-up
Clean and Jerk 62kg (40kg)
Push-up
Compare to 28/1/2014
[COMP A]
Complete as many reps in 7 mins as you can of:
Ring Dip
Handstand Push-up
Start at 1 reps of each movement and every round increase the reps of each exercise by 1, eg 1+1, 2+2, 3+3 etc
Score equals total reps
Kipping is allowed on both movements

Complete as many reps as possible in 3 mins of:
Legless Rope Climb
[WARMUP]
Dynamics & Leg Swings
Pushup Plus x 10
Push Press x 3
Push Jerk x 3
Pushup + TSpine Rotation x 6
Hang Power Clean x 3
Deadlift + Hang Power Clean + Push Jerk
