WOD – Wednesday, 16/10/2013 - CrossFit Brisbane

[A] Front Squat 7-7-7

[B] Push Press 5-5-5

[C] Thruster 3-3-3

[D] Tabata Mashup
Parallette HSPU / TW = Handstand PushUps
Toes Through Ring / TW = Sit Ups

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals. There are 16 intervals in total, alternate between the two exercises

Ears must pass below hands at the bottom of the HSPU
