12 KettleBell Swings, 24kg (16kg)

Skill: 1 Max Unbroken Set of Wallballs.

Travel WOD: 

50,40,30,20,10 of:

Burpees
Sit-ups

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)

[C] EMOM 10 mins:-
Hang Power Snatch x 2
