4 HSPU
8 KB Swing, 32kg (24kg)

Skill: 2 min max effort T2B.

Travel WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:-
2 Strict Pull ups
4 Elevated Hands Free Push Ups (Feet on Box)
8 KB Swing, 24/16kg

FUNdamentals

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:-
2 Ring Rows
4 Push Ups
8 KB Swing, 12/8kg

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)

[COMP A] Hang Snatch
3-3-3-3-3
Rest 2 mins between sets

Log results online (Beyond the Whiteboard)
