WOD – CrossFit Brisbane
5 rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
10 Push Jerks, 85kg (60kg)
Rest 1 min between rounds

SKILL: 2 min max effort toes to bar

TRAVEL WOD:

5 rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
15 Strict handstand pushups
Rest 1 min between rounds

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 mins of:-
Muscle Up, 3 reps
Burpee, 10 reps
