50 Double Unders
15 Strict handstand pushups
Rest 1 min between rounds
COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 mins of:-
Muscle Up, 3 reps
Burpee, 10 reps
