HFCF will open just before 10.45am for the Live announcement of The 2016 CrossFit Games Open Workout #5 (16.5) at 11am our time. Will be shown on the TV.
All welcome!!!
You will have 3 hours to do a WOD or 16.5. We will close at 2pm.
