[A] 12-9-6 reps, for time of:
Muscle-up
Deadlift, 125kg (85kg)
Each time you break a set of muscle-ups, perform 3 “penalty” deadlifts. Penalty deadlifts do not count toward the 27 prescribed deadlift reps.
20 min Time cap
Skill: 2 min max effort Pistols.
Warm Up: Dynamic + Deadlift WU + 5 Strict Pull Ups
