3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle Ups
62kg (42kg) Hang Power Cleans, 10 reps

The 3 positions are hang, below knee and from the floor. Keep the weights at a
range that allows practice of consistent and correct technique. All three lifts should
feel the same.
