WOD
5 rounds for load and reps:-
Deadlift, 7 reps (pick own load)
Muscle up, max reps

Rest as required between rounds. The 7 reps of deadlift must be performed unbroken to count.

SKILL:

For time:
60 Toes to Bar

FUNDAMENTALS WOD:
5 rounds of:
10 Medicine Ball Cleans
10 Push ups
5 Rope Rows

Run
4 x 400m every 4mins
